Windsor is located in both Weld and Larimer counties, it is a part of the tri-city area that includes Loveland, Fort Collins and Greeley. Windsor’s downtown has been going through a facelift and features an upscale restaurant, shopping and businesses. Outdoor activities in Windsor include fishing, hiking, camping, and boating at Windsor Lake and Boyd Lake State Park.
