About Vail

Vail is like no other mountain town in Colorado, people come for the world-class skiing but they stay for the luxurious amenities, stunning terrian and of course those Rocky Mountain views!  Vail is located in Eagle County, and is Colorado's largest ski resort,  the fourth largest ski resort in North America. Approximately 5,000 people reside permanently in Vail, with another 5,000 living in the Vail Valley part-time.

Vail's pedestrian-friendly villages were created for skiiers, by skiiers and have a large European influence. The Bavarian-inspired villages are modeled after Austrian buildings and chalets which give Vail an otherworldly allure that you can't experience anywhere else!
