Tips: My Information
To change the information that displays in your portal header, you can choose a template that includes different fields or you could choose to upload a custom header.
When a client responds to one of your emails sent from Matrix, it will go to the email that is associated with your Matrix account. If you need to update your email address, this How To guide walks you through the steps.
Updating My Information
Updating My Photo
For your photo to appear in the "Find Agent" section of REcolorado.com or in the Agent Search within Matrix, you need to upload it to Matrix:
- Go to the Input tab.
- Under Roster, select Edit Existing.
- Enter your Agent ID (this is your Matrix user ID) and click Modify.
- Select Manage Photos.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to upload and save your photo.
Note: Changes made here do not affect any photos you have uploaded to the My Information section of My Matrix.
