Tips: Client Portal
Creating Client PortalWhen you setup Auto Emails for a contact, or email listings or reports to a contact, Matrix automatically creates a Client Portal for that contact. You don't need to do anything additional to setup the portal for them.
If a contact already has a Client Portal, additional emails will be sent to the Welcome tab of their portal.
When your clients visit their Client Portal, they will see the most up-to-date information on the listings included in their portal.

Sending Information to Clients
In Matrix, there are two ways to send information to clients:
- You can directly email information, such as listings from search results, CMAs, Driving Directions, and more. These are one time emails.
- You can create Auto Emails that will tell your clients about new and updated listings based on search criteria. An Auto Email lets you decide how often you would like your clients to be notified.
Recent Portal Visitors
Are you sending listings and auto emails to your clients through their client portal? Use the Recent Portal Visitors widget on your Matrix Dashboard to see who is visiting their portal, rating properties, and sending you notes.
