With a thriving arts and shopping scene, Silverthorne is a very verstaile town. You can be out on the Dillion Resevoir and shopping the Outlets at Silverthorne all in the same afternoon. The Lake Dillon Theatre Company provides locals with a unique and enriching opportunity to experience the arts with youth workshops, plays and concerts. 
 

  • Rainbow Park is a 7-acre park on Rainbow Drive that contains a nationally recognized skateboard park, a multi-purpose field, 2 tennis courts, a basketball court, 2 sand volleyball courts, a children’s playground, and more. 

  • The Lake Dillon Theatre Company is a professional theatre committed to enhancing the quality of life in Summit County 

  • Summertime welcomes the Sunset at the Summit Concert Series, a series of free concerts held in Rainbow Park four consecutive Saturday evenings in July.

Dillon Reservoir an Green Mountain Reservoir offer popular boating spots and also are great for paddleboarding, kayaking and sailing. In the winter months, Silverthorne is close to many ski resorts, within an hours drive you can be skiing at various ski resorts in Summit County.
