From the pain points in which I’ve heard from my realtors, a single MLS would be the ultimate solution for data issues. I always receive superior customer service from REcolorado. I just wish this IRES merger would get completed and don't really understand the holdup. It sure is a pain for agents....not sure why the Boards aren't getting this expedited. But I am always happy when I call REcolorado for help. You guys are great! I think REcolorado provides a high level good service and so does IRES, however I am very frustrated with the way the IRES/REcolorado are not working together. It is difficult enough to deliver the service the consumer needs to find and purchase their Real Estate needs, we do not need 2 immature organizations fighting over the past, when we all work in an industry that focuses on the future.
