Internet Data Exchange, or IDX for short, is a system that allows brokers to display one another’s property listings on their website via an opt-in data feed powered by REcolorado. Per the National Association of REALTORS®, most homebuyers use real estate search sites to look for a home. When you give homebuyers the option to search through a listing feed on your website, you’re giving yourself an edge. If a homebuyer finds a home they love on your website, you’ll likely be their point of contact for more information.
