Does the REcolorado App give my clients and me access to the same listing information?
The app is powered by REcolorado MLS so you and your clients will have access to the same real-time MLS data, excluding agent-specific information such as commission data, showing remarks, tax data, hotsheet activity, and market stats. Those features are only accessible when using an agent login to the app.
Can I edit my listing data in the app?Yes! When you update your listing in the REcolorado App your changes will be made directly on Matrix Mobile. Using the REcolorado App and Matrix Mobile you can update a listing’s status, edit the price,and update broker and public remarks directly from your phone.
What if my client is already using another home search app?There are many home search apps out there, but only one - the REcolorado App - ties together accurate listing information, seamless communications, and their Matrix Client Collaboration portal. Get to know the app yourself and then invite your clients to use it with you using the email template we've developed for you. Your clients will be delighted to know the REcolorado App will give them direct access to listings on Colorado's largest MLS, which means they will see the freshest new listings first! You can also explain how easy it will be to communicate with you at anytime from anywhere! They can share and comment on their favorite listings and easily send upi a text, email or in app message all in one place.
How do I create and share my branded app?

Can my clients download the app from their preferred app store?
Absolutely. Your clients can download the REcolorado app from the Apple App Store or Google Play.
How do I connect with my clients with the app?
To ensure you are connected and ready to share information, invite your sphere to download the app using your personal installation link. Upon downloading the app, the prompt 'Enter your Code' will appear so they can connect with you. You will need to provide your client with your invitation code, which is the last part of your personal link. To find your personal link in the app, go to More> Brand & Share > Share my app.
What if my client downloaded the app and chose "I don't have a code?"
Your client will simply need to add your code in the app. To do this, they will need to find the 'More' menu of their app and choose, 'Enter Agent's Code.' This will prompt them to select their account type (they will choose 'Consumer Access') and enter the invitation code you provide.
How can I share my branded app with as many people as possible?
We encourage you to share your personal installation link broadly! Here are a few simple ways to share!
Share your custom link via text message to your contact list.
Embed the link in an email to your client distribution list and add the link throughout the text.
Add the link to your email signature where clients can click your custom link at any time.
It's a great way to attract and connect with new clients. You can also invite your network to pass along your link to anyone they know who could benefit from it. Your custom link can be found under the “More” menu and then “Brand and Share”.
How do I find my agent code for a client?
Click on “Contacts”. Select the Client name and then choose “Share my App”. Your agent code is the combination of letters and numbers found after the backslash.
Where can I market my custom link?
Be creative! There are many places you can add the custom link to your app. Add it to your email signature, include it in your next mailing to your database, and share it from your personal and business social media accounts. Be sure to add it to your website and your other public profile pages including your personal page on REcolorado.com.Also, head over to the REcolorado App Marketing page to find custom client-friendly marketing resources that can be edited with your link and information!
