In addition to REcolorado Matrix, entrusting REcolorado as your MLS partner provides you access to technology tools that can be used to better serve your clients.
But we don't only serve individual brokers. REcolorado works hard to build strategic partnerships with REALTOR® associations and MLS organizations throughout the state to make more listing information available to Colorado brokers. Through these partnerships, our goals are to keep real estate local, bring innovative tools and services to brokers, and give brokerages and listings maximum visibility online at no extra cost. Subscription Options
When you join REcolorado, you connect with more than 26,000 real estate professionals in the largest broker-to-broker network in the state and Colorado’s premier MLS. Choose REcolorado as your primary MLS or in addition to your existing MLS, as your secondary MLS. Either way, you'll be connected to more. MLS of Choice: Primary MLS Subscription
Real estate professionals can subscribe to REcolorado no matter your location or association. Plus, you can save more by being a REALTOR® or by enrolling in annual billing. View pricing >>
Secondary MLS Subscription
REcolorado offers secondary MLS subscriptions to agents who have a primary subscription with another MLS. We offer two subscription options so you only pay for what you use. Choose between a Premium and Limited subscription. To learn more, see our Secondary MLS information sheet >>
6-Month No-Cost REcolorado Subscription
The first 6 months of an REcolorado subscription are available at no cost to real estate professionals, including admins and appraisers, who do business outside REcolorado's core service area and use a primary MLS other than REcolorado. Simply complete the account set up wizard and a member of the REcolorado Customer Care team will begin setting up your REcolorado account if you’re eligible.

You’ll receive an advanced MLS system, without having to worry about any of the prep and transition work, or any of the ongoing work and maintenance. We’ll bring Matrix training to your members prior to completion of the MLS conversionso you can hit the ground running. Your Listing. Your Lead.
Our Your Listing Your Lead program offers REALTOR associations and MLSs the opportunity to advertise their members’ listings on REcolorado.com—the most popular, locally-run home search site in the state that receives two million visitors each month. We don’t charge for the exposure, and the listing broker is the only broker displayed on the listing. It’s our goal to make REcolorado.com the most comprehensive home search site in the state so Colorado real estate professionals no longer need to pay for leads on national portals.
Our current partners include Colorado Real Estate Network, Grand County Board of REALTORS®, Grand Junction Area REALTOR® Association, Royal Gorge Association of REALTORS®, and Vail Board of REALTORS®. That is, of course, in addition to the REALTOR associations we serve. If you become a Your Listing Your Lead partner, here’s what you’ll receive:
Listing Details
Listing includes all photos, plus details like address, list price, beds and baths, square footage, and public remarks.
Listing Agent
Listing agent is the only contact displayed with the listing; this includes agent photo, name, phone number, email address, and office name.
Listing Source
The MLS or association source is displayed prominently on the property details page.
