REcolorado Go RESO
REcolorado is going RESO! We are already a part of the select group of leading Multiple Listing Service organizations and real estate technology companies across the country who carry the Real Estate Standards Organization’s (RESO) certification. Now, we’re transitioning our Matrix MLS system to match the RESO Data Dictionary.
We’re working closely with experts from CoreLogic, the provider of Matrix and Trestle, to enhance REcolorado Matrix so your listing data can more easily be delivered to the partners you work with to develop your IDX sites and technology tools.
Visit our FAQ page for more information about Go RESO.
Imagine having a single power cord for all your devices. The same cable could charge your phone, laptop, alarm clock, and electric razor. You wouldn't need to carry around different cords or adapters, but could easily plug into any device when you need it.
RESO Data Dictionary makes it so that MLSs and tech vendors all can use the same power cord. You don't have to spend time digging around to find the right connection, simply plug in and go!
By being one of the first MLSs to adopt RESO Data Dictionary, REcolorado is staying on the front edge of innovation. As more MLS organizations adopt RESO Data Dictionary standards, we’ll start to see faster innovation. It’ll help industry tech vendors enhance existing tools and develop new technology that will serve brokers in the form of benefits you can pass on to your home buyers and sellers.
Go RESO will also bring exciting benefits to REcolorado Matrix, including:
- Simplified data fields and options
- A refreshed layout
- Updated displays and reports
- Updated Training and Education classes and resources
GO RESO Feedback Teams
Input from REcolorado subscribers across the state—your peers—is key to ensuring REcolorado Matrix remains an MLS system developed for you and by you! We’ve used the REcolorado Think Tank to form feedback teams that are meeting to give their input on how we’re structuring the Go RESO project. These feedback teams are meeting now and will continue to meet throughout the summer.
