Associate Brokers

As an REcolorado participant, you can bring everyone in your office the powerful tools, data, and technology available through an REcolorado subscription. Plus, with integrations for your back-office system, dedicated communications, and training opportunities for your office, you have the tools and support you need to run your office efficiently.
Appraisers
To perform accurate appraisals, you need accurate data. REcolorado provides the largest, most complete set of listing data available for Colorado. We actively work with appraiser committees to ensure the tools and data work for you. With integrated public records data, robust search, prebuilt and customized reports, and data export options, you’ll have everything you need.
Secondary MLS
Access more data, tools, and buyers with REcolorado as your secondary MLS! Secondary MLS Subscriptions are a great option for those who do business outside REcolorado’s core service area and use a primary MLS other than REcolorado.
We offer two Secondary MLS Subscription options so you only pay for what you need. Plus, the first six months are available at no cost to new real estate professional customers, including admins and appraisers.
Media Providers
Photographers, videographers, and virtual tour providers can join REcolorado to access Media Bridge, an innovative tool that lets you create a listing-ready media package, ready for direct upload to the MLS, to better serve our mutual customers. UI and API integrations are available.
