    • Directions from Agent Do not follow the Google directions. They are incorrect. Drive to Hayden on US 40. At Hayden, midway through town, turn North at Walnut Street. (National Forest Service Sign) Set Odometer. Proceed over river. Take right turn at fork. Follow on main road and keep left at next fork (Country Road 80) which will be at 3.8 miles on your odometer. Stay on main road (County Road 80) until your odometer reads 17.4 miles. Do not take the road labeled for 80a. Stay on 80. There will be a creek you will need to cross. It is all cement bottom and you should have no problem crossing. Go up the road 1/2 mile and make a left (currently there is an orange cone by the entrance. You will see a green gate to get into the North gate of Quaker Mountain Subdivision. The key is at the Sotheby's front desk to access the subdivision. Please lock the gate behind you. Stay on the subdivision road for one mile to the Rustler's Park sign. Continue straight on the subdivision road. Lot 31 is located at the next corner on the left.
