This exit takes you by the old rest area at the top of the hill between Bennett and Strasburg and puts you on Highway 36 to access the property from the west side of Strasburg. Proceed on Highway 36 (aka 15th or Colfax) 3.4 miles to Piggott Road. Turn left on Piggott and go 2.3 miles to 39th Avenue. Part of this road is gravel.
