The directors, which were ratified at the company’s Annual Shareholder meeting, are responsible for the overall governance of REcolorado and are chosen for their industry knowledge, and strategic thinking.
Alan Smith, broker-owner of RE/MAX Professionals, will serve a second term as Chair of the REcolorado Board of Directors. Cheri Long, broker-owner of Priority Properties, Inc., will continue as Vice Chair and will chair the Rules and Regulations Committee. Laura Ruch, broker associate with Keller Williams Preferred Realty, will serve as Chair of the Audit and Investment Committee. Alicia Sexton, broker associate with RE/MAX Alliance, will serve as Chair of the Shareholder and Participating Associations Linkage Committee.
