About Highlands Ranch

Highlands Ranch is a 22,000-acre master-planned community founded in 1981 with a population of approximately 100,000 people. The community is located 12 miles south of Denver in Douglas County and offers many opportunities to live an active and healthy lifestyle.

The area is easily accessible by two major highways - C-470 and I-25 – and is close to other thriving areas like the Denver Tech Center, Littleton, Centennial, and Lone Tree.
