The city of Glenwood Springs is the most populous city in Garfield County. It is situated in the Glenwood Canyon in Western Colorado. Glenwood Springs was named the “Most Fun Town in America” by Randy McNally and USA Today in 2011. 

Glenwood Springs is located at the joining of the Colorado and Roaring Fork Rivers. Known for its hot springs and family friendly atmosphere at Glenwood Caverns Adventure Park, it is the perfect place for a family.

Glenwood Springs is well known for its hot springs. And for a good reason, Glenwood Springs is home to many hot springs. Glenwood Hot Springs Resort is considered the world's largest mineral hot spring pool and just downstream you can find even more hot springs along the Colorado River. 

Glenwood Springs also has some desirable hiking trails like Hanging Lake, located in Glenwood Canyon. Hanging Lake is a National Natural Landmark and is frequently referred to as one of Colorado's most beautiful hikes!   

And don't forget about the rafting! Enjoy whitewater rafting down Glenwood Canyon or on the Roaring Fork River.
