Conifer is a mountain community located about 30 minutes from Denver that’s one of the top places to live in Colorado. Originally settled for ranching, Conifer is known for its beautiful scenery, large estates, and unique mountain lifestyle. Currently, Conifer is seeing major growth in retail and commercial developments. New restaurants continue to pop up, and theaters and shopping districts opening in the area are allowing residents to find entertainment without traveling to Denver.
