About Penny Fletcher

Living, working and enjoying Steamboat for the last 38+ years has been such a great adventure. I have had the opportunity to raise 2 Olympic sons in our amazing valley. The community has been gracious and fun to share our lives with. Being a professional in the Real Estate business, has been an incredible opportunity for me and my family and 20 years has come and gone. I have enjoyed helping my clients buy and sell their homes. I take great pride in working with our community members as well as the general public. I have had the opportunity to serve for 8 years on the Steamboat Springs Board of Realtors helping our agents acquire new skills to continue to be professionals. I also know that I am knowledgeable in many areas of Real Estate. I feel that real estate is about lifetime relationships and my clients become part of my family and friends. I enjoy selling unique estates, ranches, land, condo and of course single family homes.
