My name is John Mosher and I am a Realtor with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Colorado Real Estate. I have been representing home owners and home buyers for over 17 years. On average our buyers are finding their dream homes in less than 10 days and our sellers’ are receiving purchase contract offers in less than 2 weeks. I have over 27 years of experience in the Denver Metro real estate market. As a Colorado native, I grew up in this area and have worked here selling real estate for the majority of my career. I have extensive experience in real estate sales and have worked for various new home builders’ as a community sales manager and consistently enjoyed the recognition of top sales producer. I truly enjoy helping clients find their next home. I also have more than 5 years experience as a mortgage loan officer so I know what is takes to qualify for financing and the lending process.
