She strives to listen and understand the needs of each client and continually works to earn their trust while looking out for their best interests throughout the entire process. With over 13 years of experience giving her clients an impeccable level of customer service, most of her business is generated from referrals and past clients. As a former engineer, Karla earned a BS in Applied Mathematics from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. She thoroughly enjoys the outdoors and spends her free time snowboarding, hiking, paddle boarding, biking, and camping with her family.
