People have all kinds of reasons for buying or selling a home, from marriage to divorce, birth to passing, upsizing to downsizing, getting closer to family or a job change. I’m honored that many people have allowed me to help guide them through these often stressful times of big change in their lives, and do it efficiently, effectively, and hopefully with a smile. I’m fortunate to have spent my entire adult life as a Realtor. Since getting my broker’s license and opening Zadel Realty in 1980, a few months before my 21st birthday, I’ve enjoyed helping countless buyers and sellers with their real estate needs. With the experience of hundreds of transactions over many years and differing markets, I’ve been able to hone my negotiating skills and put together a strategy so that we can effectively get your transaction completed.
