About Matthew Prowant

Matt Prowant is an independent real estate broker operating in Castle Rock, Colorado since 2003. Matt has been continually practicing real estate since his college years, and has helped numerous families achieve their dream of home and ranch ownership. Matt received his start in real estate in 1996 when he worked alongside his father operating as a listing agent for multiple large acre subdivisions in Douglas County. This training helped Matt develop an understanding of the land development process, as well as the intricacies of farm and ranch real estate sales. In 2003, Matt formed Prowant & Company with a broader focus of serving residential transactions in Douglas, Elbert and Arapahoe Counties to accommodate his knowledge in vacant land and agriculture properties. In Matt's spare time he enjoys spending time with his wife and daughters, his friends, travel, snowboarding and back country motorcycle travel in the Colorado mountains.
