ABOUT JOEBorn and raised in the Philadelphia area, I always aspired to move to Colorado and play in theRocky Mountains! After a brief 5 year layover living in Las Vegas, I finally moved to Denver in 1997, anddiscovered this was now home. I came to enjoy all that Colorado has to offer. When not playing in themountains hiking, fly-fishing, camping, and snowboarding, I enjoy helping people achieve their dreamsof home ownership.After many years of working as a bartender and manager in the restaurant business, I spent afew years working for a contractor doing home renovations, where I learned about residential homeconstruction. With a background working with people in the hospitality industry, and a knowledge ofhow to turn a house into a home, I decided helping people buy and sell homes might be something Iwould enjoy as a career. 10 years later, and my passion for Real Estate continues to grow.
