As a 3rd generation native of Fort Collins, Bob Sutton feels that there is no one better suited to serve the needs of buyers and sellers in Larimer and Weld Counties. Bob has been in real estate since 2001 as a full time agent, mentor, and current Chair-Elect for the Fort Collins Board of Realtors. As a team, we have a combined 40+ years of Real Estate experience. Bob also owned his own real estate school for 4 years and currently teaches the pre-licensing class for new Realtors.
