About John Ludwig
John has been selling Denver’s real estate since 1997. His experience, however, might track back to the 1980's helping out his mother, Ann Ludwig, with her real estate career. After graduating from Cherry Creek High School, John left Colorado to attend Middlebury College in Vermont and returned with degrees in music and geography. In 1999 John joined Fuller Towne & Country Properties (now LIV Sotheby's) and worked out of the Downtown/Lodo office. From 2001-2007 he stayed downtown at Kentwood City Properties before re-joining Sotheby's selling real estate as a "team" with Ann Ludwig. John excels at homes and condos from central Denver on out to the edges of the metropolitan area. Ann's expertise falls in areas such as Cherry Hills Village and Greenwood Village. Together they have 60 years of real estate experience and have a working knowledge of almost every marketplace in the metro area, including investment property.
