Leslie moved to Colorado in 1996 and began working in residential sales in 1998 and worked both independently and as a team leader with a total sales volume of over $250 million. She built her successful business as a new resident of Colorado by prospecting, creating a referral network and building upon the Coldwell Banker brand with superior marketing plans and customer service.
