Kirby D. SlunakerPresident/CEO
Kirby Slunaker has a steadfast commitment to helping real estate professionals improve their productivity, maximize profitability, and serve their clients. Since becoming President and CEO of REcolorado in 2012, Kirby has transformed REcolorado into a stronger and more efficient technology company focused on providing high-quality core MLS products and services, while delivering world-class customer care to REcolorado’s 21,000 subscribers. During his tenure, he has led the rollout of new technology tools including, the Matrix MLS system, the re-launch of the consumer-favorite home search site, REcolorado.com, and a model for providing wholesale MLS services to Colorado real estate professionals through their REALTOR® associations or MLS organizations.
Kirby Slunaker is a corporate visionary with more than 30 years of experience guiding organizations ranging from small, venture-backed startups like Plus System, ProCard and eBags, to Fortune 500 companies including Visa USA and MDC Holdings, one of the top 10 home builders in the country. During his time with VISA, Kirby ran the global debit and ATM business for six years. As part of the Plus System senior management team before that, he helped establish the first international ATM network and extend it to 109 countries.
Kirby has been a special advisor to the Metro Denver Economic Development Center and the Information Technology and Electronic Commerce (ITEC) department of the University of Denver. He has also served as Chairman of the Board of the Colorado Technology Association. Kirby is a graduate of the Executive MBA Program at the Daniels College of Business at the University of Denver.
Leesa BakerVice President & Chief Care Officer
Leesa has a Paralegal Degree and is a certified Professional Standards Administrator who is intimately familiar with the needs and expectations of brokers. Leesa has the ideal background to head up the REcolorado Customer Care & Compliance team. Her professional experience includes 13 years in real estate, 12 years in customer service and 18 years in legal administration. Her care team recently scored “better than best in class” in a customer care survey conducted by the Loyalty Research Center. Previously, she served as an associate broker/ transaction coordinator for Stucy Realty Company, assistant chief deputy for Arapahoe County and office manager for Ellis Armistead & Associates. She also worked for Continuing Legal Education of Colorado and the Law Firm of Darby, Delano & Price, LLC. Leesa attended Otero Junior College, Metropolitan State College and Winona State University.
Dana BennettVice President - Industry Engagement & Standards
Dana is responsible for engagement with everchanging industry initiatives and industry standards at REcolorado. Having been a broker/owner with Seasons Real Estate Group and a full-time REALTOR for 12 years, she is well familiar with the needs of the broker community. Dana has served on the board of the South Metro Denver REALTOR® Association and the REcolorado Rules and Regulations Committee. Previously, she was the Director of Marketing and Technical Support at REcolorado and both a trainer and a sales representative for a variety of leading hardware and software brands. Dana attended Colorado State University and has earned GRI, ABR and e-Pro designations from the National Association of REALTORS.
Brandon C. BrancatoVice President & Chief Financial Officer
Brandon brings over 20 years of finance, accounting, Securities and Exchange Commission and systems implementation experience to his financial leadership role at REcolorado. Previously, he was the head of finance and administration at InfoNow Corporation, the chief accountant for Formus Communications and an auditor for Arthur Andersen. Brandon is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting from Western Illinois University.
Robert WilkinsonVice President & Chief Technology Officer
Robert heads up technology strategy, software development, business solutions delivery, data center operations and network services at REcolorado. He brings to the job more than 30 years of experience in information technology, large-scale systems implementation and program management. Prior to joining REcolorado, Robert was a senior consultant of IT solutions at Lewis & Fowler and a senior program manager for Covestic. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree and a Master of Business Administration degree.
Staci WoodVice President & Chief Product Officer
Staci brings nearly 20 years of experience in real estate product strategy and marketing to her leadership role at REcolorado. Her role is to generate product strategy initiatives that align with the company growth strategies. Prior to joining the team, she was with RE/MAX LLC and held roles which included leading their product strategy efforts, product management, product marketing, and managing a network of websites. Staci holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Regis University in Denver and a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of South Dakota.
