Also close to Morrison is the LoDaisKa archaeological site where human artifacts have been found dating back to 3000 BC. The area’s ever-changing rock formations are a constant reminder of Colorado’s close connection with its ancient past.

Stroll down Bear Creek Avenue and Stone Street in central Morrison and you’ll find world-class restaurants next to quirky local shops. It’s a great area to grab dinner or drinks before a concert at Red Rocks.
